CANCEL
MEMBERSHIP
If
you wish to cancel your membership, please check which membership applies to you
and follow these steps below. If at any time you need assistance or need
to be sure your membership has been cancelled, please email manager@sensual.com.au
Type
1: Memberships with Shopping Online as the Debiting Agent on your Credit Card
statement
1.
Please email manager@sensual.com.au with your full name,
username and password.
2.
Indicate if you want your profile to be deleted or to remain intact for future
use should you decide to join us again.
Note!:
You are responsible for cancelling your membership. As a result we
cannot offer refunds to any membership as a result of you not taking affirmative
action before the next debit due date.
Type
2 : Memberships wth VTL Shopping Online or www.vtsup.com
as the debiting agent on your
Credit Card statement)
1.
Login to the personals, select 'My Profile'.
2.
Delete your profile.
3.
Go to http://cancel.verotel.com
and enter your usercode and password codes that were sent in the original email
that you received from verotel when you initially paid to join us (this is not
the username and password you chose at a later stage in the membership process).
4.
If you have an Aussie Nudes profile to remove, email manager@sensual.com.au with your username and password.
5.
If you are stuck on any of the above, email manager@sensual.com.au with your details and we will do it for you.
Note!:
You are responsible for cancelling your Verotel membership. As a result we
cannot offer refunds to any membership as a result of you not taking affirmative
action (it's your credit card, we don't have access to it via VEROTEL)

3: FREE Memberships
1.
Login to the personals, select 'My Profile'.
2.
Delete your profile.
3.
If you have an Aussie Nudes profile to remove, email manager@sensual.com.au with your username and password
